60 Day AlkaViva Satisfaction Policy - Our Invitation:

We invite you to enjoy the benefits of our IonWays Ionizers for 60 days after purchase.
We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your IonWays Ionizer that we offer you a 60 day money back guarantee with no questions asked. In other word, if at any time in the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 15% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in a like-new condition and in its original packing. Why a 15% restocking fee? AlkaViva must undertake a full unit evaluation, replace all internal filters, make any appropriate adjustments, conduct a thorough quality check and cleanout process, and then recategorize as a "refurbished" unit

"As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc.
If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer`s seal on the box, you can return the products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges on all returns will not be reimbursed and return shipping needs to be paid by the customer.

All returns must be authorized by AlkaViva and provided a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) prior to returning.
