IonWays water ionizers are available in either 220V or 110V so there is no need to buy transformers.
Please let us know your voltage when ordering.
IonWays / AlkaViva also welcomes International Dealer enquiries. In approved onWays territories, products would ship directly from the manufacturer while individual international orders are shipped from the USA.
Acupeds (detox foot pads) we will either send by air freight or arrange for local delivery from an International agent.

AlkaViva is NOT responsible for packages misdelivered by United Parcel Service or Federal Express. That is why we only ship using the US Postal System when shipping internationally and highly recommend using USPS Global Services. USPS Global is fast and comes with a tracking number. Shipping by surface is less reliable, more damaging to a package and often takes too long to get to its destination.

We make every effort to avoid any additional fees, tariffs or taxes that may be levied at the time of delivery by any foreign country. However, AlkaViva is not responsible for these additional fees, tariffs or taxes which remain the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please check out your local import taxes before ordering.

We will attempt to have a defective unit repaired locally. But if this is not possible then the customer is responsible for shipping both ways, unless the unit is defective on arrival.
